WHO IS IT FOR?

The Advanced Development Programme is suitable for those people & companies who have already attended the initial 10-Module Management Development Programme and are now looking to extend their learning further.

PROGRAMME CONTENT

The Advanced Development Programme consists of 7 further Modules (9 training days in total) that take the managers into more complex and powerful areas. A Smorgasbord approach is allowed whereby qualified attendees can choose all or specific Modules they wish to progress in.
